do we have a machine that ties all of the balloons together?

We only use our preferred brand of balloons for several reasons and it’s for everyone’s benefit! Quality & durability are imperative in ensuring that the balloons remain inflated and visually appealing for the duration of an event. Color variety and vibrancy are crucial for creating eye catching displays, and reputable brands often offer a wider range of colors and finishes. Additionally, safety standards are a significant consideration; top brands adhere to stringent safety regulations, reducing the risk of allergic reactions or environmental harm. Lastly, ease of use in terms of inflation and tying can impact the efficiency and speed of setup, influencing a business's choice in balloon brands. By selecting trusted brands, balloon professionals can maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Can we use the balloons that you purchased yourself?

Yes! There is no fee for delivery if the 
event location is within 15 miles of Crane’s Creations. Anything further than 15 miles will have a delivery/recovery fee of $0.75 per mile, round trip. If the set up includes equipment that will need  to be given back to Crane’s Creations, you have  the option of bringing it back to us. We are also willing to meet somewhere that is convenient to 
retrieve the equipment. This will lower the cost on the recovery portion of the fee. 
If client brings equipment back to Crane’s Creations, there will be no additional amount added for recovery. *An extra fee will apply if balloons are not removed from equipment prior to recovery*.

do we deliver and do we recover?

To secure your services, a deposit of 25% of your total balance will be due at time of booking. Your deposit goes towards the total amount due. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your event. Accepted payment methods include: Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, check, or a debit/credit card (5% convenience fee added for card payments).
